Al Gurm is a private island sanctuary developed by Aldar Properties, offering a limited release of just 71 residential plots, reserved exclusively for UAE nationals. Located along the southwestern edge of Abu Dhabi’s main island, this gated community provides the rare chance to design a custom waterfront villa surrounded by the untouched beauty of the city’s natural mangrove reserves.
