Wadi Yemm crowns a wide bend of Ras El Hekma’s forty-four-kilometre coast. Modon shapes seventeen low-density precincts across 170 million sqm, yet keeps each roofline near the sand. Palm boulevards, green spines, and a deep marina stitch the district to the sea, sky, and sun.
Architecture & Exteriors
Buildings are limited to four storeys, dressed in pale stone, timber screens, and broad glass that channel Mediterranean light. Terraces cut deep for shade, while green roofs cool the air. Solar arrays and smart irrigation anchor a plan built to tread lightly on the coast.
Interiors & Layouts
Suites begin as neat one-bedroom units and evolve into spacious six-bedroom villas. Full-height windows draw the sea indoors; deep terraces extend living space outside. Back kitchens, maid rooms and built-in storage keep order, while natural stone, timber and muted metal lend quiet elegance.
