Ras El Hekma spans 170 million square meters along Egypt's North Coast, featuring 44 kilometres of stunning turquoise shoreline. This seaside city comprises seventeen carefully designed precincts that prioritise low density, featuring beach clubs, marinas, and palm-lined boulevards. Future developments, such as an international airport, high-speed rail, and fast highways, will connect the destination to Cairo, Alexandria, and Europe.
Architecture & Exteriors
Mediterranean villages and modern glass structures inspire the designs. The low-rise apartment clusters and sculpted villas utilise natural stone, white render, and shaded terraces to reduce solar gain.
